These boots were made by Boulet, a fine bootmaker based in Quebec, Canada. "Shooter Boots" refer to tall boots of the Wellington style. They have a stovepipe shaft and external boot pulls with fancy stitching.
These boots are 18" tall with a 1-1/2" "horseman" heel and spur ledge. The color is "Grizzly Mountain" (brown.) The soles have a lightweight rubber tread which makes them quiet to walk in and even useable while motorcycling. They are made of a soft, lightweight leather and have a 2mm leather lining. They are very comfortable. I got them at Kleinschmidt's Western Wear in Higginsville, Missouri, USA.
