I began buying Tecovas boots in 2017. I like their quality, style, fit, and comfort. This company has good customer service and prompt delivery. Their pricing of boots is decent, but reveals more overhead since the company operates a number of brick-and-mortar stores. They contract with a bootmaker in León, Mexico, where high-quality boots are made which keeps the production costs under reasonable control.
Tecovas boots use good quality leather, have 3/4 welted and pegged soles on their boots. These are signs of quality craftsmanship and construction.
I learned that the last used to form the foot of Tecovas boots is about one full size smaller than my measured foot size which is 10D. Tecovas Boots in 11D fit me great.
While not as good as Rujo Boots, Tecovas still makes a good product and meets the needs of the current younger market.
These are the Tecovas boots in my personal boot collection. A full display of all of my cowboy boots is here.
