I've always liked the look and feel of oil-tanned engineer boots for use on my motorcycle. I worked out a barter arrangement and got a new pair of these boots at no cost to me in 2008. These boots are rugged and can take hard work, mud, and whatever, just like their brother older pair of these boots which I've used for hard ridin', muddin', and other messy fun. These boots are 17" tall, Engineer style, have steel toes, and very comfortable. The boot shafts are unlined, and feel great on my legs.
These boots enjoy rides on my Harley. These photos were taken in 2012 after four years of wear.
Below: What these boots looked like in 2008 when they were new.
