These H-D Police Enforcer Boots are 17" tall, and have a bal-laced instep and laces at the sides of the shafts. They are size 10.5D. I like them a little larger when I wear them with thicker leather pants or chaps tucked into them. Man, don't they take a great shine?

I got these boots free on a barter arrangement with a friend.
