I bought these shoes on an F2 (closeout/seconds) sale in 2021 and before I said much about my dress shoe collection on this website.

These are lace-up cap-toe balmoral dress oxford shoes. Built on the Allen Edmonds 201 last, these shoes have a lined calfskin leather upper, "CustomCork" insole, and 360° bench welt construction. They are made in Port Washington, WI.

These shoes have been discontinued, but are of a traditional classic and good-looking cap toe design. These are not the dressiest of dress shoes, but they are very comfortable and good for everyday wear. These shoes compare with Allen Edmonds Park Avenue cap toe shoes and are built on a different last (the 201). They fit just as well as Park Avenue's 65 last.

They add to my large Allen Edmonds dress shoe collection.

I bought these shoes before I had a good suit that fit me. Photos below are of these shoes with a suit taken for a web page update in 2023:
