These are classic lace-up oxford dress shoes in the cap-toe balmoral style. This pair is size 10E to address a lacing gap issue I have with AE shoes.
These shoes are made with imported premium calfskin leather upper. They are built on the Allen Edmonds welted 65 last and are lined. They are made with 360-degree bench welt construction for durability and stability, and have CustomCork insole forms with a regular leather sole which I prefer. These iconic dress shoes are handcrafted in Port Washington, Wisconsin, USA.
I bought this pair on a flash sale in February 2025 for 1/3 of the list price. Couldn't pass up adding to my Allen Edmonds collection with the "most classic" dress shoes this company is known for.
