Justin Original Boots is one of the lines owned by Justin Brands (which also own Chippewa, Justin cowboy boots, Nocona, and Tony Lama.) I bought these "Lace-R" model 795 work boots in September, 2011, to wear while doing construction projects and work around the house.
These boots are 8" high and have a cushioned ankle collar for comfort. They lace up (including 4 speed lace hooks toward the top) and have a kiltie at the toe. The color is called "aged bark," but they are really a medium brown. The soles are polyurethane and have a rather flat tread, which is good for wearing in muddy conditions so I don't cake up lug soles with mud. These boots come both with and without a steel toe. I opted for the steel toe version. The boots are good-looking and very comfortable.
Six months later, these boots show they work!
